Arrive mascara free, make-up free is preferred! Do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment or apply any oil-based products around the eyes.

Of course! We encourage you to bring photos of any sets you like or have questions about. And don't worry, we can also show you some pictures and help you choose!

Eyelash extensions can last up to 4+ weeks. Although, refills every 2-3 weeks are needed to maintain the best results.

You can definitely wear make-up! We do recommend avoiding mascara. Mascara is not needed with the lash extensions and can cause the eyelash extensions to come out prematurely.

The application of lash extensions will not ruin your natural lashes, nor will it cause hair loss. However, if you do not properly take care of them, and/or you pick them out prematurely, that can cause slight damage to the natural lash. Remember that your natural lashes have their own growth cycle just like the rest of the hair on your body, shedding is normal!

After your appointment, avoid getting the lashes wet for 24 hours. After 24 hours, you can get them wet like normal! Avoid any kind of oils around the eyes/eyelashes, and mascara.
